Two of the people at our table also had Gold seating and were told the same. Upon arrival, we learned that they had over booked the Gold option and to contact them afterwards for a refund and we were sat at the very back. We never got a hold of anyone and no one called back. We were concerned about our Premium Seating because we would be arriving right on time instead of 20 minutes early as suggested. The day of, we tried calling about 15 times, with no answer.

About a month before my reservation, I went online and purchased the Gold Upgrade option (up close seating and memento photo) that they advertise in your confirmation email and online, and chose my and my dates dinner options. Thepy had a manager call me back later that day, who refunded my card, confirmed my reservation, and I was a happy customer again. Once they called back, they said they had no booking for me and I assured them that my card had been billed. While I was booking, the page ended up freezing while sending all of my information, and my credit card was billed even though I had a groupon voucher (you have to give your cc details even if you have a groupon). First, their online booking system is a disaster. Though I enjoyed the Murder Mystery part, there were a few major problems that caused me to give only 2 stars. Overall, it is a good time and the Performers really make sure you have a great experience and a whole lot of fun.
They also take your picture and you can buy a nice keepsake. You don't go away necessarily hungry, but you have to take polite sized portions, if you know what I mean. The food was delicious, however I think we all wish there would have been more. There were a few jokes with innuendo, but nothing I found particularly offensive or worrysome with a child that age. The show was rated PG and I was concerned about my youngest child. However, I think it would have been even more fun to make a night out with family/friends. Your table works as a team, so by the end of the night, you will all be friends anyway. If you don't, you will sit with people you don't know. My suggestion is to find another family or friends to attend with to fill the table. It is difficult to find things for families to do that have older kids. My kids and I attended the Sound Mind and Dead Body show in March 2017.
